Bridge Over River Indus B/W Larkana & Khairpur

National Highway Authority appointed A.A. Associates as a Consultant for Detailed Design Design and Construction Supervision of Bridge Over River Indus Connecting Larkana and Khairpur districts. The Project starts near a point about 1.5 Km from Tando Masti Khan on (realigned) N-5 and enters the bunds of Indus and terminates at the point about 1 Km from Baqrani on Mohenjo-daro Baqrani Road. The length from N-5 up to the end of the project at the right bank is about 47 Km. The length of the road upto the end of the project at right bank of Indus is 8 Km. The length of the Bridge over Indus is 1222 meters.

The scope of services includes reconnaissance survey, detailed topographic surveys, riverine survey, traffic survey, sub-surface soil investigations, hydrology / hydraulic study, utility / infrastructure folders, detailed design and drawings, tender documents, specifications, BOQs Engineer’s Estimate, Taking-off sheets, PC-1 etc. It also includes ensurance of high quality construction in conformity with the approved engineering design, technical specifications, agreed work schedules and with in the terms and conditions of Contract Document and as per sound engineering practice, with in the stipulated time and allocated budget.
