Road Network & Utilities in North Western Industrial Zone of Port Qasim Authority

PQA was committed to provide basic facilities. These basic facilities include roads water supply sewerage and storm water drainage system. Most of the basic facilities have already been provided. Some of the facilities are yet to be provided. The remaining facilities include: - 10% of Roads - Balance Water supply network - Balance work of sewerage system - Storm water drainage system

The scope of services includes Topographic and other surveys. Geotechnical and any other investigations, which may be necessary. Preparation of Design criteria and approval of PQA. Preparation of Preliminary Design and Drawings for Approval of PQA. Preparation of Final Design and Tender Documents consisting of General Conditions of Contract, Bill of Quantities, Technical Specifications and Drawings for floating of Tender. Preparation of Cost Estimate and Preparation of Final Design Report.
