The load curing capacity of existing bridge is required to enhance to cope with the heavy machinery required to be transported through bridge (KKH) at Basha Dam site. Further due to change of seismic factor the bridge design as been revised. In revised design 32 permanent anchors in Piers No. 3, 4 & 7 have been introduced and foundation sizes have been revised. The project is composed of RCC Box girder, main bridge of 234 meter long, 85 meter wide with 385m approaches.

The services provided by consultant are Design review, actual design was revised to cope with the revised seismic factor and later Resident Construction supervision to ensure high quality construction in conformity with the approved engineering design, technical specifications, agreed work schedules and with in the terms and conditions of Contract Document and as per sound engineering practice, with in the stipulated time, allocated budget.
